Prior to Legeis, he was a Principal in the merger arbitrage group at Davidson Kempner.  Before that, David served as the Head of the Equity Special Situations Group and co-head of the Distressed Equity Trading Business at Credit Suisse

David received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania
